When will I receive my order?
We currently dispatch via our courier on Mondays & Thursdays each week, and send smaller Royal Mail deliveries on Thursdays. When your order has been processed and is ready to be collected by the courier, you will receive an order complete email. Once the courier has collected it, you will receive an email or text from them with your delivery date. Royal Mail do not offer tracking but you should expect to receive your item within 1-3 working days. Please allow extra time during the Covid-19 pandemic.
When will you have x back in stock?
We’re currently only stocking our own produced items – coffee and pasta. Other items will not be restocked.
Do you have a shop?
We’re an online delivery service so we don’t have a physical shop. Please do not attend our premises for any reason during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are not open for walk in orders or collections, all orders must be delivered.
What is this plastic stuff in my order?
It isn’t plastic! Some produce can’t be sent in paper as it won’t retain its freshness on its way to you, so for these products we use a clear plastic-looking film made from wood pulp that is completely made from plant fibres and will break down in your home compost. More information can be found on the packaging section of our ‘How it works’ page.
I’ve placed an order but haven’t received confirmation
Check your spam/junk folder, it’s often hiding away in there. If you got the order confirmation page after placing your order on our website then we will have received it. If you have an account with us, you can log in to see your current orders.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver to all postcodes in the UK including Scottish highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, and Isles of Scilly. The cost of delivery varies depending on your exact location. We have a complete list of postcodes and the costs we charge for each area on the delivery costs section of our ‘How it works’ page.
Do you offer free delivery?
We have free delivery on our bundle deals on coffee and pasta. Deliveries charges reflect the actual costs of delivery to us.
I am a producer, will you stock my product?
We’re downsizing our range so we’re not currently accepting new product pitches.
Do you offer wholesale?
We offer wholesale on our whole bean coffee, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
