Do you have a shop?
We’re an online delivery service so we don’t have a shop, but if you’re local to us you can collect your order for free from our premises in Daybrook, Nottingham (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver to all postcodes in the UK including Scottish highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and Isle of Man. We also deliver to the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland. The cost of delivery varies depending on your exact location. We have a complete list of postcodes and the costs we charge for each area on the delivery costs section of our ‘How it works’ page.
What’s happened to my user account?
We moved our website in early September 2017. Most user accounts were automatically transferred across but some didn’t work. If your account no longer works, please create a new account.
What is this plastic stuff in my order?
It isn’t plastic! Some produce can’t be sent in paper as it won’t retain its freshness on its way to you, so for these products we use a clear plastic-looking film made from wood pulp that is completely made from plant fibres and will break down in your home compost. More information can be found on the packaging section of our ‘How it works’ page.
I’ve already placed my order, can I add something to it?
Yes you can. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items and quantities that you’d like and if your order hasn’t already been despatched, we’ll send you an email invoice to complete your purchase and send it all together. Unfortunately we can’t do this if your order has already left us, you would have to place a separate order in this case.
I’ve placed an order but haven’t received confirmation
Check your spam/junk folder, it’s often hiding away in there. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with us via email@example.com
When will I receive my order?
We aim to have all orders despatched within 2-3 working days of receiving them. If you’re a mainland UK customer we send the parcels via next day delivery so your order should be with you a day after despatch (you’ll receive a despatch confirmation via email). For UK customers outside of the mainland, delivery may take a day or two longer.
You will receive tracking information with an expected delivery date regardless of the courier we use. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of placing your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into this for you.
