Flor Silvestre is a blend of coffee beans produced by small scale farmers in the celebrated Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua.
The majority of Nicaragua’s Cup of Excellence winners come from this region but growing conditions are difficult and poor infrastructure makes it difficult for the coffee to reach markets. The Flor Silvestre brand was created as a way of pooling together the best of the coffee produced in the region to reach a bigger market together and raise better prices for their coffee.
