Delivery information and charges

Our delivery processes are changing frequently as we respond to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently dispatching parcels once per week on Thursdays. If you get your order in by Wednesday we should get it out with this dispatch. Orders received from Thursday onwards will go with our next dispatch.

We’re currently open to all orders but at periods of peak demand we will close to either new customers or all customers to help us cope with order volume.

Local Nottingham delivery

We offer free delivery to local customers in NG5 only currently

UK mainland (England, Wales, Scotland excluding Highlands and islands)

Small package orders up to 1.5kg in weight – £3.00

All other parcels – £6.95 up to 25kg inc VAT

Over 25kg – £5 per 25kg inc VAT

Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland

Small package orders up to 1kg in weight – £3.00

All other parcels – £17.98 up to 25kg inc VAT

Over 25kg – £15.41 per 25kg inc VAT


Letterbox sized orders and those under 1.5kg in weight excluding packaging are sent via Royal Mail.

Our delivery prices are exactly what we are charged by the courier. We don’t offer free delivery because there’s no such thing as free delivery. It’s a significant cost to our business that we can either be upfront about or we can hide it in the price of our goods. The latter means that the cost is distributed unfairly so we prefer to be up front and just charge what it costs us.

You’re welcome to arrange your own courier if you’d prefer but we are unable to take any responsibility for the package once it leaves us and do not offer any refunds for damage in transit for couriers other than our own.

To reduce delivery costs we recommend you buy in bulk and/or buddy up with others to make the most of each delivery. This will significantly reduce the carbon impact as delivery as well as your costs so double win!

Produce is packed to order to reduce food and packaging waste and each order takes 3-4 working days to dispatch unless you have pre-ordered an out of stock item for which we are awaiting delivery. Once your order is complete and ready to go, we use a next day delivery service Monday to Thursday to ensure that your food reaches you as fresh as possible.
